INDIA.Study of village culture is Previously analysed by n m nampoothiri from
1975 based on Toponymy .Later it was studied under LEGACY OF NILA A clear
example of PLAGEARISM in Historical research. The KCHR enterd in to the
picture only in 1999-2000. When it was the State Gazetteers Department,Iwas
requested to submit a report on the methodological aspects of village history
studies .The request was from The Editor Dr. P. J. Cheriyan This department
was transformed to KCHR and the former Editor Dr,Cheriyan became the Director
of the KCHR.He has not mentioned about the report collected from me in the
book. As per his request I have submitted an introduction to the work done by
me.The Council has not included it in the Book I brought it into the notice of
the Researchers in 2006 through Mathrubhoomi Weekly. Later in a History
conference at Ernakulam conducted by D.C Books Kottayam Dr K.N. Panicker,the
chairman KCHR, endorsed my statements and announced that the Pioneering work
in this manner was done by me.
